🔵2nd min: 12 Double Crunch
🔵3rd min: 14 Mountain Climbers

👉In the remaining time of each minute do as many lunges as you can until you reach your chosen target.
Beginner: 150 Lunges
Intermediate: 200 Lunges
Advanced: 250 Lunges
